Join the pre-queue before 10:00 AM to be randomly assigned a place in line alongside all other guests who joined before the sale begins. At 10:00 AM, the queue will open and all pre-queue participants will be assigned their positions.
Guests who join after 10:00 AM will be placed in the queue in the order they arrive, behind those who joined the pre-queue.

🎄 There will not be enough tickets for everyone who is interested in attending the Christmas Train. We are using a queuing system to create the best possible experience while purchasing Christmas Train tickets.
🎄Due to the high demand, wait times in the queue may be significant, and we appreciate your continued patience and understanding.
🎄 When it’s your turn, you’ll be redirected to the Christmas Train purchase page. You’ll have 10 minutes to complete your order. Once the timer expires, you’ll be redirected to the home page.
🎄 Christmas Train tickets must be purchased online on our website. Christmas Train tickets will NOT be available for purchase in person.
🎄 Regular train tickets, tokens, complimentary tickets, discount tickets, and/or coupons are not valid for the Christmas Train.
🎄 There are no refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.
🎄 Up to 8 tickets may be purchased in one transaction.
🎄 There is a $5.00 processing fee per Christmas Train ticket.
🎄 DO NOT purchase tickets through a third party or from any site other than Irvine Park Railroad. We cannot guarantee the authenticity of any tickets purchased from a third party and we will not honor these tickets.
🎄 You may use your own camera for photos with Santa or you may purchase printed photos from our photographer. Photos are $15.00 and $10.00 for each additional print of the same photo. Christmas Train tickets are required to see Santa.
