The City Council on Dec. 14 is expected to certify the results of Tuesday's election in which Aliso Viejo voters re-elected Mike Munzing, Ross Chun and Bill Phillips to 4-year posts, according to the "unofficial" results from the Registrar of Voters.
At the council's special meeting, the council members will be sworn in, and the council will select a new Mayor and Mayor Pro Tem to serve in 2017.
Election results are available on the Registrar of Voters website at http://www.ocvote.com/results.
The City Council meets at 7 p.m. on the first and third Wednesday of the month. Meeting agendas are posted at http://www.cityofalisoviejo.com.
